CUSTOMER CARE

Products on the webshop are hand-painted so please handle them with care (do not scratch and peel at the paint in order to preserve the shoes). Quality is what I aim for in every custom-made product so there is no worry about dissatisfaction with an order. My shoes are sealed with acrylic finisher and crep protect to make them crack and water resistant, however I do encourage not to scratch or rub at the paint. I will nor repair or refund a pair that has been mistreated. 

If you've paid for a digital sketch deposit: The deposit is non-refundable as creating a digital sketch for you takes time. Keep in mind that the painted result will look different, aiming to make it better than the digital mock-up. The digital mock-up only serves as an example.
 

RETURN POLICY

Everything is hand painted and made to order therefore all sales are definite - no refunds or exchanges. 

For requests: After the first payment, you can not cancel your order  (depending on the design it is possible to change it). Once a design has been discussed, cancellation is not possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchasing, and a tracking number will be sent when your order is READY to be shipped!

Customs are packaged very securely alongside the original Nike shoe box. Additionally, Kamatéworld is not responsible for custom duty / taxes on international orders (Kamatéworld is based in the Netherlands). These charges might be imposed according to the laws of your country which are uncontrollable and diverse depending on each country.

 

KAMATEWORLD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAGE DELAYS OR LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
