How can I order from you?
Fill in the request form. Our artist is massively talented and has created for many celebrities and others of note (Redbull, MTV, Glory, etc). Kamaté can surely create almost anything for you. As a matter of fact, most of the work that has been posted by Kamaté were requests as well.

How much do you charge?
Price totally depends on the design itself. Every project is unique, there are a million possibilities. From shoes to gaming consoles, every piece is hand-painted, showcasing skill, time, and dedication. Custom made work is not cheap. When the total price of your request has been discussed and you've agreed on the digital design, 75% of the total is required to confirm your order.
Do you ship internationally? And where is Kamaté based?
I ship to anywhere a plane lands. Also: Kamatéworld does not cover any duty fees; all artwork is shipped from the Netherlands.
What are the payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDeal, Maestro, UnionPay (Japan), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (Belgium).
Picking up your order / paying cash (if you're from the Netherlands).
For privacy reasons, cash payments via pick-up are not available unless stated otherwise by the artist during the contact about your request.
Will I know what my custom request order will look like?
Yes! Once you’ve filled out the form and I have taken a look at your request, I will contact you and discuss the price range. Keep in mind that I charge a deposit for making a sketch, this gives me insurance that your intentions are serious since sketching also costs a lot of time and my ideas are valuable as well. The sketch shows what your request is going to look like.
How long does it take?
Depends on the request. Once we´ve discussed the ideas and prices I will also mention how long it will take. Minimum estimate is usually 3-4 weeks before I ship them out and it can extend to up to 8 weeks if your request is complex. The process time estimate will always be mentioned before you place an order.
Why do people get custom made work?
People commission custom art for personal expression, uniqueness, and to stand out with one-of-a-kind items. It allows them to showcase their personality, interests, and style in a way mass-produced items can't. You will be the only person in the entire world with something that has been made just for you.
Does the paint come off the shoes?
No, the artwork goes through an important preparation process which ensures the paints stick to the surface properly, thus making them water and scratch resistant. This also goes for other surfaces (controllers, jackets, etc). The paints and materials Kamaté uses for professional use and high quality. Please wear the shoes with care, and if the shoes (or clothing piece I painted) get dirty please hand wash them, do not machine wash your artwork purchase. Treat your personal investment with luv :)
What if I want something to be finished earlier?
All special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries etc, must be made 6-8 weeks in advance. If you are not on time, I can still check if there’s a spot left. However, I do charge a rush fee. Because you are attempting to skip the line of people who came before you and are patiently waiting. I can move things around to accommodate every one but it is not easy or cheap. Be prepared and order in advance or have deep pockets.
Are the shoes you work with authentic?
ABSOLUTELY! Never would Kamaté ever sell or customize fakes. All shoes are purchased with receipts from retail locations (Foot Locker, Snipes, Nike, etc..).
Can you paint everything a customer asks for?
If your request has been selected after you've submitted a request, yes. However, Kamaté does not do realism / realistic portraits.
Do you only paint Air Force 1's?
No, If you want to request a pair, message me what shoes you want done and most likely I can paint on them!
Can i send my own controller to you?
Yes you can, I can also order a new one and include it in the price.
How much is shipping?
When we´re discussing the ideas and prices I will ask which country you´re from, then I'll include the shipping. All countries have different shipping rates and each package I send includes insurance and tracking.
How do you make your custom controllers?
Hahaa, I ain't spilling the teaa on this one! Reason why is because I've done years of research and trying out multiple methods and different kinds of paints since we all know our hands can get quite sticky and sweaty while playing. Kamaté does guarantee 100% that the designs are permanent, no matter which surface is painted.
I would love to have something that you´ve already made and posted on social media. Am I still able to purchase it?
Normally the answer is no. Kamaté specializes in 1 of 1's that are by nature "Never to be recreated". Likely you'll have to settle for something similar yet slightly different. You wouldn't want me selling your idea to someone else either I bet. However, in some cases, I might remake it as long as it was not a complex design to paint.
Can i send you my own shoes for them to be customized?
SURE! Just make sure they are at least "B" level or maybe an 7 out of 10. The better the condition the better the finished product. Send a brand new pair if possible. I can also order it for you and include it in the price.
I saw a custom someone else did and I want the same thing done. Can you help me?
Kamaté will never duplicate another artists work. Us respectable artists all work for a living and don't bite each other. If you do you wont last long! However Kamaté will do her best to help you come up with something that will work for you.
Why was my order refunded or canceled?
I have my reasons. I reserve the right to cancel any order that smells fishy.
